My Story

I am Kristina Soberanes and I am the owner of Front Desk Temp. I have been in the dental industry for almost 20 years and I have a passion for dentistry that is hard to match. Majority of my experience has been working in the front office in various positions, including management for 9 years.
Front Desk Temp was created to help solve a major problem that is causing burnout in our industry.
The issue that many of my colleagues face and I experienced myself was a lack of (guilt-free) time off for various reasons from being the only employee to just simply knowing how your absence impacts those around you.
